RETURNABLE PACKAGES. Where stated to be returnable, Supplier’s returnable packages shall remain the property of Supplier and must be returned by Purchaser to Supplier within thirty (30) days of receipt by Purchaser in the same condition as received. Any returnable packages not so returned, Purchaser shall be charged at replacement cost and Purchaser shall be liable to Supplier accordingly. Supplier shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to Purchaser’s failure to return returnable packages.

RETURNABLE PACKAGES. 6.1 The deposit charged on returnable packages shall be paid at the same time as payment for the Products contained therein. Packages on which no deposit is charged are free and non- returnable.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.

  • Scaling Other Products The Scaled vol- ume of material presented for Scaling in forms other than those stated in A2, when appropriate, shall be converted to the A2 unit of measure by the application of standard converting factors and procedures in effect at the time the sale was sold. Other converting factors may be used by written agreement. B6.84 Accountability. When Scaling is performed away from Sale Area, products shall be accounted for in accordance with Forest Service written instructions or an Accountability Agreement between Forest Service and Purchaser and as follows:

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.
