Returned Device Conditions. 4.7.1 When returning any Mobile Device (whether in connection with a Customer Right or as otherwise required under this Agreement), please note that You must at Your own expense return the Mobile Device to Us (or our nominated representative) to the address nominated by Us to You, and You agree that the returned Mobile Device will be submitted for a Returned Device Assessment and that each of the following conditions (the Returned Device Conditions) must be satisfied by You:
