Returning from Active Duty. An Eligible Employee or Dependent returning from active duty shall have 30 days from the date of return to enroll himself or herself and his/her Dependents in Plan. If so enrolled, coverage will be effective not later than the first day of the first calendar month beginning after the date the request for enrollment is received.
