Common use of Returns to Service Clause in Contracts

Returns to Service. The Participating TO shall take all steps necessary, consistent with Good Utility Practice and in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and CAISO Protocols, to prevent Forced Outages and to return to operation, as soon as possible, any facility under the CAISO’s Operational Control that is the subject of a Forced Outage.
