Common use of Reversion of Rights Clause in Contracts

Reversion of Rights. Upon expiration or termination and subject to Section 15.3 below, the licenses and related rights herein granted to Publisher shall immediately revert to SCEA, and Publisher shall cease from any further use of SCEA’s Confidential Information. Licensed Trademarks and SCE Materials and any SCEA Intellectual Property Rights therein, and, subject to the provisions of Section 15.3 below, Publisher shall have no further right to continue the development, publication, manufacture, marketing, sale or distribution of any Units of the Licensed PSP Products, or to continue to use any Licensed Trademarks; provided, however, that for a period of one year after termination, and subject to all the terms of Section 13, and provided this Agreement is not terminated due to a breach or default of Publisher, Publisher may retain such portions of SCE Materials and SCEA’s Confidential Information as SCEA in its sole discretion agrees are required to support end users of Licensed PSP Products but must return these materials at the end of such one year period.
