The Project Manager shall check shop drawings and within forty-five (45) days of receipt return them to the Contractor unless otherwise agreed between the Contractor and the Department. Submittals required for work to be installed within the first sixty days after the notice to proceed shall be returned by the Project Manager within twenty (20) days. If the volume of shop drawings submitted at any time for review is unusually large, the Contractor may inform the Project Manager of its preferred order for review and the Project Manager shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate the Contractor’s priorities.
