Review and Access to Filings and Information. The Holder has reviewed the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2010 (the “Annual Reports”) together with such information and documents as Holder has requested from the Company so as to allow the Holder to make an informed investment decision prior to entering into this Agreement.
