Review and Changes to Documents and Information. The School District shall review all Commissioning Agent Plans, Specifications, Logs, Checklists, Reports, Documents, and other information prepared and submitted by the Commissioning Agent to the School District under this Contract, and shall advise the Commissioning Agent of any suggested changes, comments or recommendations thereto in a timely manner so as to cause no delay to the Commissioning Agent.
