Common use of Review and Changes to Documents and Information Clause in Contracts

Review and Changes to Documents and Information. The School District shall review all MEP & FP Engineer Designs, Project Drawings, Specifications, Construction Documents, Bid Documents, and other information prepared and submitted by the MEP & FP Engineer to the School District under this Contract, and shall advise the MEP & FP Engineer of any suggested changes, comments or recommendations thereto in a timely manner so as to cause no delay to the MEP & FP Engineer.
