Common use of Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first contract procured on the basis of established private sector or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first contract two contracts procured on the basis of established private sector or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, all contracts procured on the following contracts basis of International Competitive Bidding shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first contract procured on the basis of established private sector or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (ai) all contracts each contract for goods, services (other than consultants’ services) or works procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (bii) the first contract procured on to be financed under each of the basis of established private sector or commercial practicesfirst two (2) Sub-loans made by each PB. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (ai) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Biddingopen competitive bidding; and (bii) first contract all contracts procured on the basis under Section C of established private sector or commercial practicesthis Schedule. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) the first contract two contracts procured on the basis of established private sector Established Private or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the BankCommercial Practices.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts each contract for goods to be procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) the first contract for goods to be procured on under National Competitive Bidding procedures; (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm or an individual estimated to cost the basis equivalent of established private sector $300,000 or commercial practicesmore; and (d) all consultant’s contracts procured under single source selection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, each contract procured on the following contracts basis of International Competitive Bidding and Direct Contracting shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first contract procured on the basis of established private sector or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, each contract for goods and services (other than consultants’ services) procured on the following contracts basis of International Competitive Bidding, or Direct Contracting shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first contract procured on the basis of established private sector or commercial practices. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts each contract procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (b) first each contract procured on for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the basis equivalent of established private sector Є100,000 or commercial practicesmore; and (c) each contract for individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of Є20,000 or more. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts for goods or works procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding, (b) the first contract for works procured in respect of each National Irrigation System; (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (bd) the first contract procured on for consultants’ services provided by a firm made under each of the basis of established private sector or commercial practicesselection methods specified in the preceding paragraph. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
