Common use of Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $150,000 or more; (b) the first two contracts procured on the basis of National Competitive Bidding; (c) all contracts procured on the basis of Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants’ services provided by an individual consultant estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and

Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: : (a) each the first contract for goods by each implementing agency following the National Competitive Bidding method, and thereafter contracts estimated to cost the US$300,000 equivalent of $150,000 or more; , regardless of the procedure; (b) the first two contracts procured on the basis of National Competitive Bidding; (c) all contracts procured on the basis of Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm firm, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (ec) each contract for services of individual consultants’ services provided by an individual consultant , estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (d) qualification and terms of reference of individual consultants contract below equivalent of $50,000; and

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. 1. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: : (a) the first three contracts for goods awarded following National Competitive Bidding procedures regardless of their values and thereafter each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $150,000 75,000 or more; ; (b) the first two all contracts procured on the basis for goods under Direct Contracting procedures regardless of National Competitive Bidding; their individual estimated cost; (c) all contracts procured on the basis of Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (ed) each contract for consultants’ services provided by an individual consultant estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; andand (e) all contracts under Single Source Selection and Least-Cost Selection methods regardless of their individual estimated cost. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
