Common use of Review by the World Bank of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the World Bank of Procurement Decisions. 1. The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the World Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the World Bank. 2. All terms of reference for consultants’ services, regardless of contract value shall be subject to the World Bank Prior Review. 3. All training and workshop activities under the Project shall be specified in the relevant Annual Work Plan and Budget for approval by the World Bank, including: (a) the type of training and workshop; (b) the purpose of the training and workshop; (c) the personnel to participate in the training and workshop; (d) the institution or individual who will conduct the training and workshop; (e) the location and duration of the training and workshop; (f) the cost of the training and workshop; and (g) the outcome and impact of the training and workshop.
