Common use of Review During Orientation Period Clause in Contracts

Review During Orientation Period. An employee’s performance shall be reviewed with the employee as often as determined necessary by the supervisor. Prior to the end of the orientation period, the employee’s supervisor shall make a written recommendation for retention of the employee beyond the orientation period. If no such recommendation is received by the appointing authority prior to the end of the employee’s orientation period, the employee shall be released from City service.
