Common use of Review Findings Clause in Contracts

Review Findings. The IRO’s findings with respect to whether the GIS Parties have complied with the Focus Arrangements Procedures and Focus Arrangements Requirements with respect to each of the randomly selected Focus Arrangements reviewed by the IRO. In addition, the Arrangements Transactions Review Report shall include observations, findings and recommendations on possible improvements to the GIS Parties’ policies, procedures, and systems in place to ensure that all Focus Arrangements comply with the Focus Arrangements Procedures and Focus Arrangements Requirements.

Review Findings.
