Common use of Review: Incorrect Payments Clause in Contracts

Review: Incorrect Payments. In making Rental Assistance Payments to Owners, the Grantee will review the Owner's determinations under this section. If as a result of reviews, audits or information received by the Grantee, it is determined that the Owner has received improper or excessive Rental Assistance Payments, the Grantee shall have the right to deduct the amount of such overpayments from any amounts otherwise due the Owner, or otherwise effect recovery.
