Common use of Review of CAISO Specifications and CAISO Operating Procedures Clause in Contracts

Review of CAISO Specifications and CAISO Operating Procedures. The CAISO shall periodically review with the SUDC the CAISO Specifications identified in Schedule 6 and CAISO Operating Procedures identified in Schedule 9 and shall modify such CAISO Specifications and/or CAISO Operating Procedures as provided in Section 3.6.1. If a new CAISO Specification or CAISO Operating Procedure applicable to the SUDC is adopted pursuant to Section 3.6.1, the CAISO shall provide a revised version of Schedule 6 or Schedule 9 to the SUDC. Any changes to Schedule 6 or Schedule 9 will not constitute an amendment to this Operating Agreement.
