Scheduling Procedures. 6.1 Prior to the beginning of each week, the Network Customer shall provide to the Transmission Provider expected hourly energy schedules for that week for all energy flowing into the Transmission System administered by Transmission Provider.
6.2 In accordance with Section 36 of the Tariff, the Network Customer shall provide to the Transmission Provider the Network Customer’s hourly energy schedules for the next calendar day for all energy flowing into the Transmission System administered by the Transmission Provider. The Network Customer may modify its hourly energy schedules up to twenty (20) minutes before the start of the next clock hour provided that the Delivering Party and Receiving Party also agree to the schedule modification. The hourly schedule must be stated in increments of 1000 kW per hour. The Network Customer shall submit, or arrange to have submitted, to the Transmission Provider a NERC transaction identification Tag where required by NERC Standard INT-001. These hourly energy schedules shall be used by the Transmission Provider to determine whether any Energy Imbalance Service charges, pursuant to Schedule 4 of the Tariff apply.
Scheduling Procedures. Preassignment will be made in rank order of seniority in each area. The most senior nurse may use seniority to schedule a maximum of three preassigned twelve-hour shifts, or forty hours of preassigned shifts in a pay period. If the user group does not commit to the rental, by making their full payment, the time slot(s) may be distributed to other groups. Rental requests from Rental Groups are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Changes to scheduled rental or practice times can be approved only by the Athletics Supervisor. After the field request is reviewed and approved, a field permit will be issued to the user group. This permit should be in the possession of the user group during the time of the rental.
