REVIEW OF CLASSIFICATION SERIES. ‌ Section 1. The Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office shall notify the Association of intended classification studies prior to submitting the proposal under Section 2 of this Article. Section 2. Whenever a change in class specifications or a new classification is proposed, it is agreed that the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office will submit the proposal to the Association to provide opportunity for its review and comments.
