Common use of Review of Connection Charges Clause in Contracts

Review of Connection Charges. NWL will be entitled to review the connection charge not more than once in any 12 month period following the date of the connection of the DG to the Network. Following any review NWL must provide the Customer with written notice of any change to the connection charge that is payable. This notice must be given to the Customer at least 3 months before the date that the change is to take effect.
