Review of Disciplinary Actions. Appeal Procedures - Upon completion of the probationary period, employees shall continue from year to year unless the Superintendent terminates the employee for just cause. The provisions of Board Policy relative to employee discipline shall define just cause. Should the Superintendent suspend without pay or seek termination of an employee, the exclusive forum of appeal shall be through the Administrative Procedures Act (Chapter 120, Florida Statutes).
