Common use of Review of Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Review of Policies and Procedures. 14 CITY reserves the right to conduct audits of CONTRACTOR’s Large Item 15 Billing Services operations pursuant to this Agreement to ensure that 16 CONTRACTOR is in compliance with written policies and procedures to maintain 17 customer information confidentiality and to detect, prevent and mitigate identity 18 theft. CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with CITY in connection therewith. Such 19 audits shall be at no cost to CITY other than labor costs for CITY staff.
