Review of Relevant Matters. Contractor has examined, investigated and familiarized itself with: (i) the Plans and Specifications; (ii) the nature and location of the Job Site; (iii) the conformation of the ground and improvements of other contractors on which the Work is to be performed; (iv) the character, quality and quantity of the materials, equipment and facilities necessary to complete the Work in a good and workmanlike manner; (v) the general and local conditions relating to the Work; and (vi) all other matters that may affect Contractors performance of this Agreement.
