Common use of Review of Xxxxxx Homes Clause in Contracts

Review of Xxxxxx Homes. If a xxxxxx home supervised by Contractor is not utilized for a ninety (90) day period prior to a placement, the Contractor will: a. prior to a placement, verbally confirm with the xxxxxx parent that no significant changes have occurred within the xxxxxx home; and b. within 48 hours of the placement, conduct a home visit of the xxxxxx home to ensure that no significant changes have occurred.
