Review Under Separate Programmatic Agreement for Disasters. 1. If during the term of this PA, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania chooses to execute a separate Programmatic Agreement for CDBG-DR funds or wishes to execute a HUD Addendum to the FEMA PA for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for disaster recovery activities, the Commonwealth may use the provisions of such an Agreement and successor Agreements to expedite review of undertakings that respond to Presidentially declared disasters.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Reaching Agreement 1. As tentative agreement is reached on each issue, it shall be so noted and initialed by each party. When consensus is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed agreement shall be reduced to writing as a tentative agreement and submitted to the Association and the Board for approval. The Association and the Board agree to abide by the terms of the agreement and to take the necessary action to advise their respective members of the terms of the agreement in the manner that they see fit.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
