Reviews and Reporting. a. The Client shall provide to OCE such reports with respect to the Project, its status, progress and projections, as required by OCE, in such form and content and at such times as specified by OCE in writing from time to time including, without limitation, a final report after Project completion, annual surveys for a period of 5 years following the term of this Agreement, and any other follow-up reporting reasonably required by OCE following the Term of this Agreement.
