Common use of Revised Municipal Finance Act of 2001 Clause in Contracts

Revised Municipal Finance Act of 2001. With respect to the Academy’s borrowing money and issuance of bonds, the Academy shall comply with section 1351a of the Code and Part VI of the Revised Municipal Finance Act of 2001, Act No. 34 of the Public Acts of 2001, being MCL 141.2601 to 141.2613 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that the borrowing of money and issuance of bonds by the Academy is not subject to section 1351a(4) or section 1351(2) to (4) of the Code. Bonds issued by the Academy are subject to the revised municipal finance act, 2001 PA 34, MCL 141.2101 to 141.2821.
