REVOCABLE PERMIT. The City hereby grants to the District a Revocable License and Permit to use, license, occupy, improve, construct, maintain and repair the public property, as shown specifically in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (“Permit Area”) which includes a portion of the Centennial Trail, the riverbank and Floating Stage. The use and occupancy of the Permit Area by the District shall be non-exclusive and available to the public except on those occasions when the Floating Stage is exclusively occupied through a license granted by the District.

  • Revocable License (a) Mortgagee hereby grants to Mortgagor a revocable license (the "License"), nonexclusive with the rights of Mortgagee reserved in Sections 3.02(b), 3.04 and 3.05 hereof, to exercise and enjoy all incidences of the status of a lessor under the Leases and the Rents, including, without limitation, the right to collect, demand, xxx for, attach, levy, recover and receive the Rents and to give proper receipts, releases and acquittances therefor. Mortgagor hereby agrees to receive all Rents and hold the same as a trust fund to be applied, and to apply the Rents so collected, except to the extent otherwise provided in the Indenture, first to the payment, performance and discharge of the Senior Secured Note Obligations and then to the payment of the Impositions. Thereafter, Mortgagor may use the balance of the Rents collected in any manner not inconsistent with the Senior Secured Note Documents.

  • Applicable Permits Written confirmation that all Applicable Permits then required are in full force and effect including a list of such clearances.

  • Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non- exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Term in connection with its use of the Services as contemplated herein, and under Section 2.5 below.

  • Project Approval The County may issue a Job Order Authorization for the Work, to include the firm-fixed-price of the Job Order and the project duration. Contractor agrees that all clauses of this Contract are applicable to any Job Order issued hereunder. The County reserves the right to reject a Contractor’s Quote based on unjustifiable quantities and/or methods, performance periods, inadequate documentation, or other inconsistencies or deficiencies on the Contractor’s part in the sole opinion of the County. The County reserves the right to issue a unilateral Job Order authorization for the Work if a Quote price cannot be mutually agreed upon. This is based upon unjustifiable quantities in the sole opinion of the County. The County also reserves the right to not issue a Job Order Authorization if the County’s requirement is no longer valid or the project is not funded. In these instances, the Contractor has no right of claim to recover Quote expenses. The County may pursue continuing valid requirements by other means where Contract was not reached with the Contractor.

  • Licenses and Permits Each Mortgagor covenants in the Mortgage Loan documents that it shall keep all material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals necessary for the operation of the Mortgaged Property in full force and effect, and to the Mortgage Loan Seller’s knowledge based upon any of a letter from any government authorities, zoning consultant’s report or other affirmative investigation of local law compliance consistent with the investigation conducted by the Mortgage Loan Seller for similar commercial and multifamily mortgage loans intended for securitization; all such material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals are in effect or the failure to obtain or maintain such material licenses, permits, franchises or certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals does not materially and adversely affect the use and/or operation of the Mortgaged Property as it was used and operated as of the date of origination of the Mortgage Loan or the rights of a holder of the related Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Loan requires the related Mortgagor to be qualified to do business in the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located and for the Mortgagor and the Mortgaged Property to be in compliance in all material respects with all regulations, zoning and building laws.

  • Authorization to Proceed A fully executed and approved authorization in the form of Attachment 6 to this Agreement, Authorization to Proceed (“ATP”) accompanied by an executed purchase order document issued by the Owner to the Project Consultant, authorizing the performance of specific professional services, authorizing commencement of a Phase as defined in Article 2.1 through Article 2.8, and stating the time for completion and the amount of fee authorized for such services.

  • Project Approvals The Borrower will promptly obtain all Project Approvals not heretofore obtained by the Borrower (including those listed and described on Schedule 8.22(a) hereto and any other Project Approvals which may hereafter become required, necessary or desirable) and will furnish the Agent with evidence that the Borrower has obtained such Project Approvals promptly upon its request. The Borrower will give all such notices to, and take all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements to construct the Improvements and to use, occupy and operate the Project following the completion of the construction of the Improvements. The Borrower will also promptly obtain all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Project for its intended purposes, and will furnish the Agent with evidence thereof. The Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described on Schedules 8.22(a) and 8.22(b) hereto.

  • Site License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
