Revocation of Agency Shop. The Agency Shop provision covering any bargaining unit or subunit covered by this Article may be rescinded as provided by state law. The SFMTA Department of Human Resources shall consult with the UNION and promulgate rules necessary for the conduct of said rescission elections.
