Common use of Revocation of License Clause in Contracts

Revocation of License. In the event an employee shall suffer a revocation of license because of a violation or violations by the MOA of any federal, state, or local law, the MOA shall provide suitable and continued employment for such employee at not less than the employee's standard rate of pay at the time of revocation of the license. The employee shall be reinstated to the position that they held prior to revocation of the employee’s license after the license is restored. The employee shall lose no pay, benefits, or seniority upon the event of revocation of the employee’s license because of a violation of federal, state, or local law by the MOA.
