Revocations of authorizations. Individuals may revoke a consent authorization provided under this section at any time for subsequent Data Sharing requests, provided that the revocation is given in writing to the Participating Agency, except to the extent that the Data has already been shared or actions have taken place in reliance on the prior consent authorization. The confidentiality and privacy policies of each Participating Agency shall govern the Individuals revocation of consent authorizations.

  • Revocation of Authorization 1. Either Party may revoke, suspend or limit the operating authorizations or technical permissions of an airline designated by the other Party where:

  • Limitations of Authority (1). Neither Party has authority to act for or on behalf of the other except as provided in this Agreement. No other authority, power, partnership, use of rights are granted or implied.
