REVOKING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. At any time before final Project Acceptance is issued the Project Manager may revoke the determination of Substantial Completion if the Project Manager finds it was not warranted. The Project Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing with the reasons and outstanding deficiencies negating the declaration. Once notified, the Contractor shall make the necessary corrections and repeat the required steps noted in Subsections 7.31.1 and 7.31.2.
