Rewards and Deals. BankMobile, one of its affiliates or a third party contracted by BankMobile, may maintain various rewards and incentive programs, from time to time, that would be available to Users. BankMobile, one of its affiliates or a third party contracted by BankMobile, shall be responsible for the recruitment and management of participating merchants, deals and other promotions, and the assignment and administration of any User benefits. BankMobile shall be responsible for informing Users of any such programs offered and the associated terms and conditions of the respective programs.
