RF Overlay. (End User): Provided that the necessary RF overlay service has previously been provisioned for the relevant Service Provider, an RF overlay service must be provisioned for an End User (provided that the relevant Premises is already Connected) within 4 Business Days of receipt by the LFC of a properly completed Service Order from the Service Provider (or such later date as agreed between the Service Provider and the relevant End User).
RF Overlay. (Service Provider): An RF overlay service must be provisioned for a Service Provider within the period agreed between the LFC and the relevant Service Provider (which must be no more than 60 Business Days (unless a longer period is specifically requested by the Service Provider).
