RFI Timelines. First Informal Request The primary contact for the Subrecipient will receive the RFI via email with five business days to respond. Second Informal Request A second email to the primary contact will be sent with an additional five business days to respond. Third Informal Request A phone call will be made to the primary contact with a third email requesting the information to be provided within five business days. The Regional Section Administrator and State Coordinator will be copied.
