Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
Network Interface Device (NID) 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the end user’s customer-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the end user each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable.
Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed. Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
PIONEERING Pioneering may not extend past construction that will be completed during the current construction season. Pioneering may not extend more than 500 feet beyond completed construction unless approved in writing by the Contract Administrator. In addition, the following actions must be taken as pioneering progresses: Drainage must be provided on all uncompleted construction. Road pioneering operations may not undercut the final cut slope or restrict drainage. Culverts at live stream crossings must be installed during pioneering operations prior to embankment.

Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
