RFP; Competitive Bidding. Following approval by the Designated Official of the RFP and issuance of the Authorization to Bid by CTDOT, the Town will issue the RFP to procure services, labor, equipment, materials and all other items necessary for the construction of the Trail Improvements through competitive bidding consistent with the Town’s customary competitive bidding practices and the terms of the LOTCIP Grant. Friends will analyze the proposals submitted by prospective contractors in response to the RFP and recommend to the Designated Official the contractor that Friends believes is the lowest cost, responsible qualified bidder. The Parties will then recommend a contractor to CTDOT for approval.

  • Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • International Competitive Bidding Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • BID ACCEPTANCE PERIOD A bid shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date or until the date of award. In the event that an award is not made by the County within ninety (90) days from the bid opening date, the Bidder may withdraw their bid or provide a written extension of their bid.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • THE BIDDING 6.1 Each new bid shall not be less than the immediately preceding bid.

  • For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.

  • ANTI-COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOR Contractor will not collude, in any manner, or engage in any practice which may restrict or eliminate competition or otherwise restrain trade.

  • E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:

  • NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 139-d of the State Finance Law, if this contract was awarded based upon the submission of bids, Contractor affirms, under penalty of perjury, that its bid was arrived at independently and without collusion aimed at restricting competition. Contractor further affirms that, at the time Contractor submitted its bid, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered to the State a non-collusive bidding certification on Contractor's behalf.
