RFQ REQUIREMENT. Before issuing a Statement of Work under this Contract, the Customer shall issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) to all Contractors. When drafting an RFQ, the Customer must include the following information, but may also include additional information: 1. Statement of Purpose / Need 2. Scope of Work 3. Project Tasks and Deliverables 4. Project Timeline 5. List of Contractor Responsibilities 6. Qualifications / Certifications of the Consultant(s) 7. Method of Compensation 8. Financial Consequences for Non-Performance 9. Special Terms and Conditions
