Right of Audit by Citizens. Without limiting any other rights of Citizens herein, Citizens shall have the right to review Vendor’s privacy and security controls prior to the commencement of Services and from time to time during the term of the Agreement. Such review may include Citizens’ right, at its own expense and without notice, to perform (or have performed) an on-site audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls. In lieu of such an audit, Citizens may require Vendor to complete, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, an audit questionnaire provided by Citizens regarding Vendor's privacy and security controls. Audit Findings. Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.
