Right of U.S. Government. [Applicable if Section 5 of the EPLA is checked "Yes."] This Agreement is subject to Title 35 Sections 200-204 of the United States Code. Among other things, these provisions provide the United States Government with nonexclusive rights in the Licensed Patent. They also impose the obligation that the Licensed Product sold or produced in the United States be "manufactured substantially in the United States." Licensee will ensure all obligations of these provisions are met.

  • U.S. Government Rights The parties acknowledge that the United States government retains rights in intellectual property funded under any grant or similar contract with a Federal agency. The License is expressly subject to all applicable United States government rights, including, but not limited to, any applicable requirement that products, which result from such intellectual property and are sold in the United States, must be substantially manufactured in the United States.

  • United States Government Obligations The Employee acknowledges that the Company from time to time may have agreements with the other persons or with the United States Government, or agencies thereof, which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding inventions made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work.   • Government Grants The Company is not subject to any arrangement for receipt or repayment of any grant, subsidy or financial assistance from any government department or other body.

  • No Government Obligor No Receivable is due from the United States or any State or from any agency, department or instrumentality of the United States or any State.
