Right Party Contacts Clause Samples

The 'Right Party Contacts' clause defines the requirement that communications or notifications under the agreement must be directed to the appropriate, designated individuals or departments within each party's organization. In practice, this means that each party will specify contact details for those authorized to receive official correspondence, such as notices of breach, amendments, or other formal communications. This clause ensures that important information is delivered to the correct recipients, reducing the risk of miscommunication or delays and thereby supporting the smooth administration of the contract.
