Right to Book Rest. A. Locomotive Engineers and Conductors who have been on duty 10 hours or more will have the right to book rest enroute. If they so desire, in accordance with the provisions of this Article, Locomotive Engineers and Conductors are to be the judges of their own condition. Enroute may also include the initial or final terminal. B.
