Common use of Right to Challenge Clause in Contracts

Right to Challenge. 1. The unit member shall have the right to be accompanied by a representative at any meeting scheduled by an administrator where discipline is the reason for the meeting. 2. Oral Counseling, Letter of Concern, and Letters of Warning are not grievable under the provisions of this agreement. 3. Letters of Reprimand shall be grievable commencing at step one (1). 4. Disputes arising out of the application of the Article shall apply only to suspensions and shall be submitted directly to step three (3) of the grievance procedure.
