Common use of Right to Conduct an Investigation Clause in Contracts

Right to Conduct an Investigation. The District reserves the right to conduct an investigation into any allegation of failure to perform the duties and responsibilities of the primary work assignment or any alleged violation of this Agreement or any Board Policies; the District’s rules, regulations, and administrative policies and procedures; state and federal law. All faculty members shall cooperate with the District’s investigation and shall answer appropriate questions truthfully to the best of their knowledge.
