Right to Conduct an Investigation. The Employer reserves the right to conduct an investigation into any complaint or any alleged violation of this Agreement or any alleged violation of any Employer policies and procedures, any alleged violation of any Employer’s rules, regulations, and administrative policies, and/or any alleged violation of state and federal law and/or any alleged violation of professional ethics requirements. All faculty members are required to cooperate with the Employer’s investigation.
