Right to Convene Meetings. The Warrant Agent may at any time and from time to time, and shall on receipt of a written request of the Company or of a Warrantholders’ Request, convene a meeting of the Warrantholders provided that the Warrant Agent has been provided with sufficient funds and is indemnified to its reasonable satisfaction by the Company or by the Warrantholders signing such Warrantholders’ Request against the costs, charges, expenses and liabilities that may be incurred in connection with the calling and holding of such meeting. If within 15 Business Days after the receipt of a written request of the Company or a Warrantholders’ Request, and receipt of funding and indemnity given as aforesaid, the Warrant Agent fails to give the requisite notice specified in section 7.2 to convene a meeting, the Company or such Warrantholders, as the case may be, may convene such meeting. Every such meeting shall be held in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia or at such other place as may be approved or determined by the Warrant Agent.
