Right to Evict. Larchfield Estate may terminate the Agreement on notice, and in such case the Visitor and his or her party must leave the accommodation, (without compensation being payable to the Visitor or any member of his or her party) if:
a) this is deemed necessary by Larchfield Estate where there is a serious breach by the Visitor of the Agreement or the Visitor's or his or her party's behaviour endangers the safety of other visitors or members of staff; or
b) any complaints are made of anti-social behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed.
Right to Evict. 18.1 The Agent reserves the right to terminate the Contract of Hire on notice, and in such case the Guest and their party must leave the Property (without compensation being payable to the Guest or any member of their party), if there is a serious breach of this agreement; or their behaviour endangers the safety of others; or any complaints are made of anti-social behaviour; or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs; or smoking restrictions are not observed.
Right to Evict. White Beach Holiday reserves the right to evict the Visitor and his or her party (without compensation being payable to the Visitor or any member of his or her party) if this is deemed necessary by White Beach Holiday; for example, should complaints be made of anti social behaviour, unreasonable breakages, the obligations in the ‘Pets’ clause relating to the keeping of dogs are not observed or damage occurs, smoking restrictions are not observed, the Accommodation is being otherwise misused or there is a material breach by the Visitor of the Agreement.
Right to Evict. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the Agreement in which case you and any guests or invitees must immediately vacate the Property. The right to immediate termination will arise in any of the following circumstances:
Right to Evict. Xxxxx Cottage may terminate the Agreement on notice, and in such case the Visitor and his or her party must leave the Accommodation, (without compensation being payable to the Visitor or any member of his or her party) if:
18.1 this is deemed necessary by Xxxxx Cottage where there is a serious breach by the Visitor of the Agreement or the Visitor’s or his or her party’s behaviour endangers the safety of other visitors or members of staff; or
18.2 any complaints are made of anti-social behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed.
Right to Evict. 1. The Owners may terminate the Agreement on notice, and in such case the Visitor and his or her party must leave The ArtDeco HouseUK, (without compensation being payable to the Visitor or any member of his or her party) if:
1. this is deemed necessary by The Owners where there is a serious breach by the Visitor of the Agreement or the Visitor’s or his or her party’s behaviour endangers the safety of other Visitors or members of staff; or
2. any complaints are made of anti-social, unacceptable behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed.
3. The alcohol licensing conditions are breached by any guest
4. The guests abuse the staff either physically or verbally
Right to Evict. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the Agreement in which case you and any Guests or invitees must immediately vacate the Property. The right to immediate termination will arise in any of the following circumstances:
1. If we reasonably believe that there has been a material breach of the Agreement;
2. If we reasonably believe that you, your Guests or invitees are behaving in an unlawful manner;
3. If we reasonably believe that the behavior of you, your Guests or invitees endangers the safety of others or is likely to cause damage to the Property;
4. Your occupancy of the Property exceeds the occupancy limits; or
5. If we receive complaints of anti-social behavior or behavior that is likely to cause damage to the Property or surrounding properties. If we exercise our right of immediate termination, we will have no liability to you or any member of your party, including without limitation the payment of any compensation to you or the payment of any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of not being able to occupy the Property, such as the cost of an alternative event rental. We will have no further obligation to you, including, without limitation, finding alternative event rental locations for you.

1. this is deemed necessary by Collalis Holiday Let where there is a serious breach by the Visitor of the Agreement or the Visitor’s or his or her party’s behaviour endangers the safety of other Visitors or members of staff; or
2. any complaints are made of anti-social, unacceptable behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed.
Right to Evict. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage reserves the right to evict the Visitor and his or her party (without compensation being payable to the Visitor or any member of his or her party) if this is deemed necessary by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Cottage; for example, should complaints be made of anti-social behaviour, unreasonable breakages, the obligations in the ‘Pets’ clause are not observed or damage occurs, smoking restrictions are not observed, the Accommodation is being otherwise misused or there is a material breach by the Visitor of the Agreement.

15.1 this is deemed necessary by us where there is a serious breach by the Visitor of the Agreement or the Visitor’s or his or her party’s behaviour endangers the safety of other visitors or members of staff; or
15.2 any complaints are made of anti-social behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed.
