Right to Hire or Employ. Architect shall have the option, unless DISTRICT objects in writing after notice, to employ at its expense architects, engineers, experts or other consultants qualified and licensed to render services in connection with the planning and/or administration of the Project, and to delegate to them such duties as Architect may delegate without relieving Architect from administrative or other responsibility under this Agreement. Architect shall be responsible for the coordination and cooperation of Architect's architects, engineers, experts or other consultants. All consultants, including changes in consultants, shall be subject to approval by DISTRICT in its sole and reasonable discretion. Architect shall notify DISTRICT of the identity of all consultants at least fourteen (14) days prior to their commencement of work in order to allow DISTRICT time to review their qualifications and decline consent to their participation on the Project if deemed necessary by DISTRICT in its sole and reasonable discretion.

Architect shall be responsible for the coordination and cooperation of Architect’s architects, engineers, experts, or other consultants. Architect shall notify District of the identity of all consultants in sufficient time prior to their commencement of work to allow District to review their qualifications and object to their participation on the Projects if necessary.

Architect shall be responsible for the coordination and cooperation of Architect’s architects, engineers, experts or other consultants. All consultants, including changes in consultants, shall be subject to approval by WestEd in its sole and reasonable discretion. Architect shall notify WestEd of the identity of all consultants at least fourteen (14) days prior to their commencement of work to allow WestEd to review their qualifications and approve to their participation on the Project in its sole and reasonable discretion.

Related to Right to Hire or Employ

  • No Right to Continue Service or Employment Nothing herein shall be construed to confer upon the Participant the right to continue in the employ or to provide services to the Company or any Subsidiary, whether as an Employee or as a Contractor or as an Outside Director, or interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to discharge the Participant as an Employee, Contractor, or Outside Director at any time.

  • RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on you any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company or any specific position or level of employment with the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company or affect in any way the right of the Employer to terminate your employment without prior notice at any time for any reason or no reason.

  • Right to Offset If We make a claim payment to You or on Your behalf in error or You owe Us any money, You must repay the amount You owe Us. Except as otherwise required by law, if We owe You a payment for other claims received, We have the right to subtract any amount You owe Us from any payment We owe You.

  • Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.

  • No Right to Continued Employment Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer on the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary, or to interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate such employment at any time.

  • No Right to Continued Employment or Service This Agreement and the grant of Restricted Stock hereunder shall not confer, or be construed to confer, upon the Recipient any right to employment or service, or continued employment or service, with the Company or any Related Entity.

  • No Right to Employment Any questions as to whether and when there has been a Termination and the cause of such Termination shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Committee. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time, for any reason and with or without Cause.

  • Right to Contest Borrower, at its own expense, may contest by appropriate legal proceedings, conducted diligently and in good faith, the amount or validity of any Imposition other than Insurance premiums and Ground Rent (if applicable), if: (i) Borrower notifies Lender of the commencement or expected commencement of such proceedings, (ii) the Mortgaged Property is not in danger of being sold or forfeited, (iii) if Borrower has not already paid the Imposition, Borrower deposits with Lender reserves sufficient to pay the contested Imposition, if requested by Lender, and (iv) Borrower furnishes whatever additional security is required in the proceedings or is reasonably requested by Lender, which may include the delivery to Lender of reserves established by Borrower to pay the contested Imposition.

  • Our Right to Terminate We may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice; this right is in addition to any other rights to terminate this Agreement or close your account that we may have under this Agreement.
