Right to Grieve. Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.
Right to Grieve. No person acting on behalf of the Council or an excluded person who occupies a managerial or confidential position shall seek by intimidation, by threat of termination or by any other kind of threat, to cause an employee to abandon a grievance or refrain from exercising the right to present a grievance, as provided in this Agreement.
Right to Grieve. An employee considered by the Union to be wrongfully or unjustly disciplined, suspended or discharged shall be entitled to recourse under the grievance procedure, in accordance with Article 10 of this Agreement.
Right to Grieve. Where an employee feels he/she has been aggrieved by any decision of the Employer relating to promotion, transfer, or demotion, the employee may initiate a grievance.
Right to Grieve. Where an employee feels they have been aggrieved by any decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure in Article 8 of this Agreement within twenty (20) working days.
Right to Grieve. Where employees feel they have been aggrieved by any decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employees may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure in Article 10 of this Agreement within thirty (30) days of being notified of the results of the Selection Panel. Where a grievance has been filed no permanent transfers or placement shall take effect until the grievance has been resolved.
Right to Grieve. ASF Members may grieve any action specified in Section A in accordance with the provisions of the grievance procedure through and including arbitration. ASF Member may not appeal oral reprimands to the arbitration step of that procedure.
Right to Grieve. The above clauses shall not deprive Owner Operators and Employees of the right to exercise the grievance procedures as outlined in this Agreement.

Right to Grieve. A grievance may be lodged in accordance with ARTICLE 7: (GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE) of this Agreement regarding any decision taken by the Employer in relation to the layoff and recall procedures in this Agreement. Such a grievance may begin at Step One.
