Notification to Individuals Where a Breach of PII occurs that is attributable to Contractor, Contractor shall pay for or promptly reimburse the EA for the full cost of the EA’s notification to Parents, Eligible Students, teachers, and/or principals, in accordance with Education Law Section 2-d and 8 NYCRR Part 121.
No Individual Liability No Authority Board of Directors member, officer, agent, director, or employee of the Authority shall be charged personally or held contractually liable by or to any other person under the terms or provisions of this Agreement or because of any breach thereof.
Joint and individual liability and benefits Except as otherwise set out in this agreement, any agreement, covenant, representation or warranty under this agreement by two or more persons binds them jointly and each of them individually, and any benefit in favour of two or more persons is for the benefit of them jointly and each of them individually.
CFR PART 200 Rights to Inventions If the Federal award meets the definition of “funding agreement” under 37 CFR §401.2 (a) and the recipient or subrecipient wishes to enter into a contract with a small business firm or nonprofit organization regarding the substitution of parties, assignment or performance of experimental, developmental, or research work under that “funding agreement,” the recipient or subrecipient must comply with the requirements of 37 CFR Part 401, “Rights to Inventions Made by Nonprofit Organizations and Small Business Firms Under Government Grants, Contracts and Cooperative Agreements,” and any implementing regulations issued by the awarding agency. RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

Individual Liability If the Borrower is a natural person, the Bank may proceed against the Borrower's business and non-business property in enforcing this and other agreements relating to this loan. If the Borrower is a partnership, the Bank may proceed against the business and non-business property of each general partner of the Borrower in enforcing this and other agreements relating to this loan.
Employee to Inform Employer The employee shall inform the Employer as soon as possible of his/her inability to report to work because of illness or injury. The employee shall inform the Employer of the date of return to duty, in advance of that date, in order that relief scheduled for that employee can be notified.
No Right to Continue Service or Employment Nothing herein shall be construed to confer upon the Participant the right to continue in the employ or to provide services to the Company or any Subsidiary, whether as an Employee or as a Contractor or as an Outside Director, or interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to discharge the Participant as an Employee, Contractor, or Outside Director at any time.
RIGHT TO CONDUCT AUDIT The SUDRF grants the United States General Accounting Office the right to conduct audits.
