Right to Information/Board Meetings. The President of the Association will be provided with a Board Agenda twenty-four (24) hours preceding the Board meeting. During the Board's discussion on any issue, the Association President, or his/her designee, shall have the right to speak, providing the Superintendent is notified of the item by 12:00 noon on the day of the Board meeting.
